I tried to like liver, I didn't mind it when I was young and decided to try it again a couple of months ago. But none of us could get on with it. I put on a brave face for the kids, but I didn't really like it tbh. I tried cooking it the apparently proper way, still pink in the middle, but I think I preferred it my Mums way, cooked until it was like shoe leather  |

Love it, as do my OH and daughter - had it on Tuesday with chillies and onions and a rich gravy including tomato ketchup and Worcs. sauce - ' bleddy 'ansum!! Jacket potato and mange tout (we're sum posh down 'ere, my bird!)

One of the only few things I do not like, i can eat it, was made to when we was kids, hence I eat vitually anything, but liver stilton type cheese and i'm hard pushed to think of anything else i don't like yoghourty type stuff as well maybe, but that's it, anything else it's all good. Edit, oh yeah and trype, that is disgusting.
