Hello & welcome, Lynxkat! Thank goodness e-lites got you interested & looking, then you found this place. The good folks on here will give you all the pointers you need to get started on the right kit & it will save you money. After that, they'll help you spendspendspend!!! With menthol, as SJS said, you have a choice of flavoured menthols too, so something a bit different to get your taste buds going. Enjoy getting into vaping!

Thank you for all the advice and links, the Riva it is, now what colour and flavour shall I get ?, I am presuming the flavour should be menthol as I smoke them. Any ex menthol smokers please? Colour - I would advise against Stainless Steel - it is the first symptom of shinyitis They do look nice, but there seems to be an epedemic around here that appears to be very easy to catch, and there doesn't appear to be a cure for it!! The symptoms can progress into a full blown case of mixitis also for which there is little can be done. Flavour - I used to smoke rollies, and have not yet tried or bought any tobacco flavours at all. I hated menthol fags, but have got several 'minty' flavours on the way. (Check the bargain thread for proper bargains!) Unfortunately I have myself, recently come down with mixitis, which long term, will save me a fair amount of beer-vouchers. It has been said, that your palette will change over time, so do not throw out any juice you don't like - you may like it in the future. Or you could do swaps in the classifieds. Whatever path you take, enjoy!

Wow....I'm a long way from home and yet instinctively I felt the call of the AAEC forum, or was that the call of the mighty E-Lites?
Welcome lynxcat. You'll be fine on here with the good folk helping you. I found Arctic Lemon did the trick for me in the early days......

Well, what a welcome party, feel a bit of a fraud, as seeking advice and not yet bought a product, ( but I need both, desperately, I am crying inside, due to my frustration at not being able to kick this habit) but received such a warm welcome and good advice, I feel much encouraged, thank you all.
After reading more of the links you people have posted, I now think, I won't buy a Riva Starter pack, which was my first conclusion, after much research, I have decided to go for a "Fifty Gallon Vision Viva Nova Tank", and a "250 Mega Vault Battery" and "200 Litres of Menthol Flavoured Menthol Rub/Roll " as my first starter kit.
Only kidding, thank You all for the advice and Links etc.
