I got a UDT-L from vape gear but been holding off using it till I got my protank I'm noticing that the 510 connection is a bit big (wonky fit) I've tried lot's of clearos and cartos and it's the same for all of them. It's like nothing really bites the threads untill the very last turn and then it tightens up. Did I just get unlucky or are they all like this?

I had this issue. Contacted Keef and he just said to be a bit more heavy handed with it, I said I would but was worried it would knacker the thread. A week later nothing at all would screw into it and I returned it for a replacement.

Mine is a bit like that as well, my AGR tank is always at a slight angle, still works though.

Got mine yesterday and seems to be fine. Did get a tip off here saying to use an ego/510 adapter which works great.

He was happy to do a replacement once I went back to him and got it turned around quickly over the Easter weekend. Sent it on the Thursday and it was back with me the following Tuesday, no complaints there. Cost £2.70 to return first class, bit of a kicker when the mod was only £10!

With the 18350 battery I had the same problem at first. Take the cap end (spring bit) stretch the spring a bit and retry the battery.
Oh make sure the longer of the tubes is used for the 18350 batt.

Ok no prob as Dickg said contact Keef he will sort you out mate. Another thing I found was when I first put the 18350 battery in and screwed on a brand new EVOD the spring cap went really hot on me till I got it stretched out enough.

got my replacement from Keef, stellar customer service! sent it on Friday, new one on Monday. It works great, threading is still a little bit slack for my liking but it does tighten down on the last few turns...a lot better than the last one & can't complain for a tenner really. I wonder if you could open it up and put in a new 510 connector somehow?

Glad you got yours sorted as well. Especially as the price has rocketed to an unbelievable £11.99!

Either that or Keef realised they are worth much more than he was selling them for!
