I haven't got either the dc carto's or mod Roachie . . . but have had a similar problem with my SB and Map/Arry Tanks . . . Hi fi very cleverly and rightly diagnosed that the connector on the SB is sitting a little low and not making contact.
I wonder if this is the same as what you have and whether you can ease the connector end up a smidge on the BW?

ive had it on an mk2 SD screwdriver before and found out that not all atomisers are made the same size as a certain 901 i had fitted to it at the time had pushed the centre of the SD battery connection down over so it stopped a lot of my atomisers fitting on the SD as the connecter ended up deeper in the SD body and i ended up having to build the SD connector up with solder in the centre. not much help i know but i did read that their is not much in the way of quality control in china and not much in the way of atomiser industry standard

What voltage does the BW510 run at River.
Just wondering if it has some kind of safety cut out, because the Provari won't work with the dual coils at anything over around 4.2v.

It sould be fine at 3.7v. The button flashes seem like some kind of error/safety code, but not sure what.

yep the batts that come with the kit are 3.7 but ive also had it running with the 5v mojo batteries but jasons explanation sounds about right as it does have the cut of after 10 seonds safety feature like the tornego batteries so sounds like it doesnt like the dual coil rather than it being a battery connecter fault.
