Alan have we confirmed the venue yet? I know you said London Bridge but bit confused over which pub and have you decided whether it will be upstairs or downstairs?

Sorry not to get back sooner,I talked to the manager at the Old Kings head,he has a group of people using the function room from 3 and wasn't sure how long they would be up there,so that ruled that out,but he said there was no sport on the big screen so he wasn't expecting the pub to be full,so I left it at fine to use the downstairs and me not sure on the numbers and if the pub would be suitable.......in short may use,still looking

Personally I am happy with that Alan. Maybe those who get there early could kind of protect a certain area of seating? I would be happy to arrive early if that helps.

I may do the same as the first meet as the other pub we used was good for food,but would struggle with the numbers later in the day,if anyone wants to get to the second pub and start off there we could have two meeting points and converge as soon as the early crowd have eaten

OK. How far apart are the two pubs? I might have to drive between the two but its no problem.
