I feel so weird! I am quite enjoying vaping so far but after 22 years on the fags my head is a bit of a shed. Is this normal? I guess everybody is different etc but its a real trip right now. How have you other guys got on?

I got on fine, but it took a few months to quit tobacco, not helped by starting on rubbish e-cigs.

Early days Arlo. Your body and brain will be wondering what's happened to the 1000s of chemicals in ciggies that you are used to!
What kit and flavours are you using?

This forum is here for you what ever silly questions you have

Don't worry, Arlo. It can all be a bit weird to begin with. As Karma has said, it takes a while for your body to get used to it, and it will take a while for you to get into the routine and find the right juice(s) for you

It's not starting vaping that's doing that to your head, it's quitting smoking. As Karma says, there are approximately 4,000 chemicals in cigarette smoke, many of which affect brain chemistry (and some of which are added by the tobacco companies to boost endorphin production). It is withdrawal you're experiencing, and it will pass

I've got a ego-c twist with ST nova clearo and with 2.4 ohms (1.8 seems a little harsh) Very happy so far. today I am vaping paradise vape Mayfair 10 mg and its very smooth now after dialling down to 3.8 volts and after initially tasting a bit like a stale rollie, also liking their butterscotch 18mg and this is my fave so far. Archicat I know what you mean but i gave that up 2 years ago and I still miss it. I am quite sure I will get new kit etc (its a whole new world) but as I said I am quite happy and suprised at how pleasant vaping is. had some funny looks off people at work but I'm laughing at them inside. I can really reccomend the Mayfair and the butterscotch, have tried ry4 36mg (2 out of 5), Doctor pepper (1 out of 5) and cinnamon danish (2.5 out of 5) How about you guys does everyone use different set ups. I am also curious as to what flavours people are using regularly.

Well done Arlo. When I first went onto the e-cigs I also felt very weird too. I think it was because I couldnt quite believe that I had stopped the cigs, am still feeling the same actually haha.....after umpteen times of trying and failing over the years to stop and then actually stopping its all enough to do your head in, in a nice way of course

...check all cupboards and drawers for any rogue stinkies hidden away. I have an un-opened packet of Marlboro in my vaping cupboard. Not as an emergency resource, but because I stopped smoking before I'd used them up. I keep them just as a reminder how easy vaping made the quitting.

Well done Arlo333. I used to smoke Mayfair Fags and found the paradise Vape's Royal E-juice was the closest tasting e-juice to those ciggies.
I am still on the Royal e-juice 9 months into vaping.

Good stuff Arlo. Your head is liable to go dizzy or ache at first if you don't drink plenty of water.
