The customer service seems very good for a Chinese outfit. my order was despatched the day after I put it in, an email was answered next day. Other dealers from China take note!

It is good mate, it`s a pity they sell so much different stuff, their expertise is limited on e cigs but they are getting better now they seem to be selling so much.

I put in a support ticket asking them to state the PG.VG ratio on every e liquid they sell as it is an important consideration for someone parting with their money staminaIt`s always nice to know what you are buying lol

Will do, but I do vaguely seem to recall seeing an 80/20 mix somewhere on their site but I'm buggered if I can find it now. Anyway, I've emailed them now just to satisfy my curiosity - even though the juice has already been despatched

I answered this here : allaboute-cigarettes.proboards.com/post/420577The problem is that the page is not coded very well and sometimes is bigger than a lot of peoples screens so the remove button goes off the end of the page, a simple page resize is all that is needed(CTRL + or -) I know this as it happened to me

I wondering if the photos they are sending out are just a standard photo… I had an email and photo last week to say package is in the post… But today I received the below email from them. Now don’t get me wrong I'm pleased to see there is some sort of quality control and they aren't sending out damaged or faulty goods but why say it was dispatched last week! at the very least its is good communication from them. Dear Your order has been shipped a few hours ago with tracking number: During packaging, we discovered that the CE6 Electronic Cigarettes Round Mouth Atomizer we were about to ship you is scratched. To avoid further delay, we have shipped you everything else except this item. We will have it replaced and shipped to you on Monday or Tuesday. It's not a standard photo as you should see part of your address on the photo. Regarding shipping date information I have no idea.
I would blank out your tracking number just in case any dubious characters about. I am not saying anything bad about the members but sometimes you do get unknown guests browsing.
Best to be cautious giving info out.
