Just need to vent as I have had the most annoying afternoon.
Been with my employer for about 16 months. I know enough to get me by, anything I don't know I ask.
This afternoon just had someone who has been there for 4 months, trying to tell me how to do my job.
Just gets on my wick!

Dry burn him/her I was thinking of maybe an extended clean in the ultrasonic, followed by a thorough re wicking and an even more extended dry burn at maybe 50watts? |

When a person does something like that, i always ask myself what was the reason for them to do it. Humans being what they are always like to feel they are wanted or needed. If he/ she feels a bit insecure in their new job ( you said they been there just 4mths) maybe it was their way of trying to impress. I wouldn't get het up about it. Just say thanks. They feel better and you can snigger internally. |
