That's an emergency battery pack from a light fitting, I have hundreds but the batteries are NiCads, as you can see for the size only 4000 mAh imagine if it was Li-Ions! it would be 40,000 mAh or more! But I'd be very nervous about that amount of stacked Li-Ions.  |
