No I hadn't got over excited, I had left the bottom cap attached to my device and was emptying juice all down my leg and over the floor. Luckily the Mrs was on a late shift and was impressed when she got in that I had washed the kitchen floor that evening.

my 1st nova did something similar, went to unscrew it and left the base on  juice all over the place....one messy lesson learned!!!!

Also when I started vaping lost my one and only Ego in the taxi after a night on the drink .... probabaly the reason I have become a vaping cleptomaniac and have backups 4 my backups 4 my backups

Well, I have tipped a full Nova of GVC all over my lap and the car seat whilst trying to top up - at least the car smells nice!
No doubt I will have more accidents to come, but am enjoying reading (and learning from) others mistakes and cock-ups

Last week I was filling up an Evod up and decided to get a better view of how full it was, so without thinking I turned it upright and, somehow totally oblivious to the increasingly wet area on my lap, continued to stare through the plastic window for several seconds trying to work out where all the liquid had gone. To make matters worse as I'm long sighted the constant arm moving to adjust the focus managed to spread the liquid drops across a nice wide area.

Further to my previous 'forgot it filled from the bottom' moment involving wet jeans and GVC; about 30 mins ago I just screwed my evod to my twist without the bottom cap..."I'm sure that looks different from usual"..."Why isn't it fireing?"...."Nooooo my twist!!" Luckily the liquid didn't get past the center pin and it still works 0_o
Cleaned it with tissue and exerted a bit of centrifugal force on it with a sock to try force out any remaining liquid.

Tonight i learned that the inner thread on an evod is the same an ego threading, and you can't make vapor with wick and a coil

Mine is while rewicking and filling the clockworks RTA, tightened it up a bit on the vamo, while talking to the other half, wasnt paying attention and felt the pressure give. Started spinning freely, thinking it might just be the threads on the vamo, no biggie, damn the 510 connector was spinning, snapped the no res wire and now i got a dead RTA. Sitting on my "to solder" pile now. Dammit.

Koolada came up for discussion on another forum. Well I had some but I hadnt tried it. I had been dripping some juices, so I figured just 1 drop should be ok... big mistake. Yes it was very cooling, but I was coughing my guts up for ages.
Dont vape concentrated koolada, not even 1 drop!
Also unscrewed a Vivi nova leaving the base in place dumping a tankful of juice all over me.

decided to fill my half empty nova of GVC up -  then vaped- AGGGGHHH- i had topped it up with AC mentally menthol.
i can tell you all this is not a good mixture

Being a newbie, have a couple of Evods ( for fellow newbies, Kanger Evods are designed for bottom filling with juices) and a few Nova's, ( Nova's are top filling with Juice) just filled a Nova, from the bottom. I.E. flooded the battery connection. Mind you just dried it with tissue, vaping again no probs. Lesson to be learnt, be extra cautious when drinking red wine while Vaping.
