Ffs! Problem with my twist :(

It stays on when you press it yes but not on the charger

Sounds like an issue with the connection for sure. If you have raised the centre pin then there's nothing more I can think of.

One last thing, does the charger flash when you turn it on? Or does it stay green, and does the light on the battery come on when you charge it at all?

No the charger doesn't flash, and the push button light doesn't come on, but the charger light is green

Yeh so for what ever reason there is no connection.

One last thing you can try, do you have replacement heads? If so place one in the centre, just the coil and see what happens if it starts hissing etc, then its the centre pin. If not its something more serious.

The vendor is going to replace it but not until next week as its OOS so waiting for their new shipment.

Yeh rubbish. Maybe take a standard with a low as possibke ohms head. And switch between the 2.
