Went into our local branch of Boots the Chemist this morning, looking for 100ml of Distilled Water.
Of course they didn't have any. Not unusual, they rarely do have anything I want.
They phoned the nearest large branch and they said they only have "Purified Water" in 2lt containers.
Now I have no intention of buying 2lt, but what is the difference between Distilled Water and Purified Water?

Not really any difference. Pharma like to call it purified because it sounds better, more healthy I used to buy 'de-ionised' water years ago for ultrasonic cleaning, same stuff.
