Yes...and I now know of two places where I work that have banned them on the grounds of "health and safety".
I'd rather they just came out with the truth and said "we don't like them, because it p***** us off smokers are able to indulge their habit once more"

Oh, it's hardly news that a school might ban them. If they are not supposed to be sold and used by under 18s, it doesn't matter what they are.
I approve of the Head Teacher taking that stance.....it's logical. It's also a MOOT point, but let's not stop that getting in the way of quality journalism.
