What does the heat do for the juices? I am sure Grant told me to leave his juice in cool dark cupboard. Does it vary between different recipes?

Heat matts can reach 80C+, heat lamps (ceramics) 250C+. I wouldn't use either without a thermostat. No idea what heating will do to juice but I keep reptiles and have seen what a unstated matt can do to wooden vivs.

Not 100% sure myself, just read this from AC and thought about heat This is a recommendation for all shop purchased e-liquids not just ours, all will improve with some steeping, manufactures usually bottle as soon as a juice is made, this halts the steeping process to a degree, employing the "cap off and dark warm place method", will improve 99.9% of juices.

The only heat mat I use is for my home brew beers it maintains a temperature of 20C but it's about 50cm square but might be ideal if you have the space. Dave

Top tip from Moggy ... leave on a computer or on a laptop ... computer chassis will give a bit of vibration, plugged in laptop should have just about right amount of heat. I normally use a radiator but heating is off currently

I only ever do "warm".... heat is the enemy of Nicotine, too much and it will degrade it....
Warm, as in airing cupboard sort of warm.... helps speed up steeping when I steep my own juice (personal use.

Kev I normally put them in the airing cupboard but now it's getting hotter out the airing cupboard is getting too hot Might get one of these: www.amazon.co.uk/Habistat-Heat-Mat-Watt-11-inch/dp/B002UE18S2/ref=sr_1_6?s=pet-supplies&ie=UTF8&qid=1368989763&sr=1-6 and put it two shelves or even three shelves under the juices to get some kinda warmth in the cupboard...if that makes sense, i am confusing myself now

Those heat matts only heat what they touch, they can't/won't heat a cupboard. They are no good for ambient heat or increasing air temperature.

Thats all you want, it circulates the fluid as the warmer fluid rises past the cooler, and the cooler sinking, mixing it continually. img.ehowcdn.com/article-new/ehow/images/a07/25/b0/liquid-bubble-light_-800x800.jpgIf you have a sonic cleaner you dont really need a heat mat.

A paint mixer then, or automatic watch winder, or the washing machine.
