Yes Poula i only found AAEC by chance about 11 days ago, i was struggling with a cigalike called V2 it was ok but i still needed 4 stinkies each day (1st thing every morning, after eating twice each day & last thing before going to bed) then i found this site & through recommendations i got a Riva kit & upped my nic content & ta daaa the end result, i have gone to this time not even missing the stinkies yayyy

well done matey,it's a massive achievement,I am also on four whole days off the fags after literally 35 years of not having a day without smoking ! I'm not finding it one bit hard and i am already noticing changes....

I think we bought the Riva kit on the same sunday as ,mentioned on another thread ....glad yours arrived ok.

Im two weeks without a cigarette now and i just ordered up some DIY mixes to start mixing my own (thats the unexpected bonus of using e cigs as a method to stopping smoking,..theres enough new things to learn about whether it be equipment or self mixing etc to keep from thinking about cigarettes and just enjoying learning )`

Its such a massive revelation to find its possible to go without cigarettes after many many years of smoking and wishing you all the best in your stopping journey

This is all very good but I don't mean to be a damp squid (and mods delete it if I am)...but I have to offer a health warning

You'll soon be hiding packages from your better half, postie stalking, tasting lots of new flavours, and like screaming at the slow boat (snail mail) from china

It can be a tad stressful (not least postie stalking) but it's so worth it....- people will also think you have an illegal weapon in your hands from time to time or that (in doctors surgeries) you have the latest asthma inhaler and a day without a vape becomes like a night without stars

and you also have to learn a whole new language then educate everyone around you as they won't have the foggiest what ya on about half the time...

Have no fear though of all these ailments...we are here to advise and soothe and are really friendly.... Not least the mods...

Hi Rich, well done on being stopped 2 weeks, yes i love the Riva its a completely different vape than the cigalike i was using, i've been using the cigalike since 20th March & as i didn't like the taste of the 10 cartridges that came with my starter kit i ordered some clearomisers from the same site & some Regal juice from another site & have been mixing my own juice from 03rd April, however i couldn't completely give up the stinkies & as said earlier was still having 4 each day as well as vaping, but now i'm smoke free so thats why i'm so pleased with myself. Happy vaping

Haha i think i'm already suffering from the above condition because i keep looking & researching different items/juices etc, i'm waiting for a few things to come in the post that i ordered on Sunday night, i was disappointed when our postie only dropped a letter through my letterbox today   stupid person doesn't he realise i'm waiting for things being delivered!
