I now have a forum over at my site for people to ask questions and later talk about what I'm up to.

Slow going though since I keep having brain "outages", at least my GP thinks building stuff is good therapy.

I was very gutted i wrote a thread which took me about 20mins to write for mod suggestions wrote it all nice and i clicked on the post button.And it come up with FORBIDDEN you dont have the rights to post on this page.

I was like damn i clicked the back button hoping all what i wrote was still there but it wasnt

I shall re write it later.

Sorry about that I'm not 100% with the software on the site but I assume your connection timed out if you took a long time.

I'll see of I can find the settings but I will have to read my hosting TC's to see what their policy is with timeouts as they may insist since I am on very cheap hosting and they don't want any one users site stealing connections for too long.

I get timed out too, so I've increased the interval a bit and it shouldn't affect the server too much.
It's all a balancing act with servers when you can't afford a dedicated server - but they cost more money than I'd be happy to pay per month.
