I've managed to juggle things around and I would now be able to come on July 13th with Dolly if you decide to have it on that date.

June 13th is a Thursday - I take it you mean 13th July which is a Saturday ?

Yes we would allow ecigs.
We have never had customers use then but have had a new staff member use them and it doesn't create a problem.

Ok then, Dolly and I had better start looking for a nearby hotel or b&b then as we are gonna come down on the Friday and stay 2 nights.  Has anyone from the area got any recommendations please ?

Well done Al!!

Can I suggest though, that you print off a copy of that email and bring it to the meet? Reason being at our London meet a while back the venue was phoned to ask if vaping was allowed. They said yes, but when we turned up a different manager was on duty and refused so we ended up running all over to find another pub. If you have that in writing it is confirmation of permission.

Just need to add that I need to be on the ground floor due to mobility problems.
