Am I doing something wrong?? All the advertised prices on their site home page are showing excluding VAT ??? Hmmmm I think showing the pages ex VAT on the homepage is a bit misleading. Ok they show you the prices with VAT when you click through but if you're doing a pricing exercise just looking at the page then the goods automatically look cheaper than what most would pay. My thoughts as well Des, you could just click on add to basket without realising. I am sure it is a genuine mistake but very misleading and could easily cause someone to add several items to their basket without realising they are paying 20% more for their goods. Edit:- Just did a test purchase of a number of items direct from the home page and it does not show the VAT content until the Ready to pay/checkout page I did not complete the purchase  |
