If you haven't already tried Inawera pineapple to me it smells and tastes just like a freshly cut pineapple, it is very strong I mixed at 3% with CCW chocolate at 15% and it overpowered the chocolate. Dave Thanks for the tip, gonna mix 3% pineapple with 1% koolada  |
