TBH Jim, I don't know how you have been doing the 10ml Tasters for only 99p. So I'm sure everyone will more than understand the increase. 10ml is still cheap at £1.49.

We did it by negotiating hard with the suppliers we get our ingredients from. Seems we were a bit too hard and cutting into their margins too much. We're more inclined to say they got their sums wrong when doing the initial quotes. It boiled down to looking for cheaper suppliers, lower quality ingredients in other words, or staying with our current suppliers and raising our own prices accordingly. We felt the price rise was the lesser of two evils. Very annoying to have to do it but as you say £1.49 for 10ml is still cheap. We're very pleased about being able to absorb the increases on the other products though  |

Evening Folks, In the past five weeks three of our suppliers have increased their prices. We initially intended to absorb all the increases and not pass them on to customers. However, it has become obvious we can't continue to absorb the price increases in the 10ml Taster range. Because of their already extremely low price we simply have no room to maneuver on the 10ml Tasters. Reluctantly we've decided to raise the price of the 10ml Tasters from £0.99 to £1.49. We realise an increase of £0.50p is a hefty jump but we are dealing with substantial price increases from three suppliers. The price increase will come into effect on Monday 29 July. We felt it was only fair to give advance notice so anyone wanting to purchase Tasters at the current price can. The prices on all other products will remain at their current levels.Best Wishes Jim Still a brilliant price for 10ml, i have seen 10mls of quality liquid for over a fiver, it wont affect my custom Jim  |

More tasters ordered, think the 24mg and 80/20 mixes I just received were a bit harsh (i was experimenting!) so going for my usual 18mg and 50/50 this time. Fantastic service and price. Got stung £7 for a 10ml bottle in TW Chester shop today!!

Just to let you know Jim, that Live Mail for windows see's your order confirmations as spam they dont on my laptop now as i have acknowledged them as safe but might be worth a mention somewhere on your website to check spam folder |
