I have recently had some strong flavours in some of my plastic bottles and even though I have washed them in hot soapy water I can still smell the previous stuff in them. I want to find something like a very miniature baby bottle cleaner to get inside them and scrub. Is there such a thing or something that could be used as an improvisation. I guess it would be something like an unused mascara brush.

you can get them Dolly i have a small one with about a 4 inch plastic handle that i use to clean the water inlet holes in my washing machine drawer, unfortunately i can't remember where i got it from but i would imagine somewhere like Wilko or any store that sells cookware products, they are called spout brushes as they were used for cleaning down the teapot spout. Have you tried the denture cleaning tablets? i just let one dissolve in about a pint of hot water & leave for about 90 mins, i cleaned some clearos that had aniseed juice in on Saturday & they came out smell free

Excellent jen. Thank you. I co like to give things a good scrub. I especially like the wire handles as you could bend them any way you like. Good for inside my Novas and evods too. I shall get a few of them!

I will try denture tablets too. As I still have all my own teeth I would never have thought of them!

Denture tablets, baby bottle cleaners or good old Bicarbonate of Soda should do the job.

Could you not use pipe-cleaner? Looks like you have to buy them in packs of about 17,000,000 - but if you know a small child, they may be able to get you one from school

That brings back childhood memories fred My dad used to smoke a pipe and there was always loads of pipe cleaners in the kitchen draw. Often got in trouble for making little stick people out of them I have ordered some of the little wire brushes.
