Sorry but I can't afford to travel up there and stay over as Julie and I are already booked in a hotel for the Devon meet on 13th. I can't see 2000 making it to Newcastle. I wouldn't expect that anywhere to be honest, even London. I also think it is a little short notice for many. If there had been a couple of months for folks to plan ahead, budget for it,and organise their time it would be far better for those living a long way off.

I really do hope it is a success though.

are there anything around the Lancashire north west area? The south shields one is 200 miles from me but I am prepared to make the journey (and anyone wanting to hitch a ride would be welcome to jump in my car) .... however I have to work every fourth weekend and yes, you have guessed it .... the 29th is my weekend to work but I could try swap that
