Hi guys, I'm new to all this so I was looking for some advice. I'm currently a heavy smoker - I pretty much chain smoke rolling tobacco and get through about 25g per day - this has got to stop, so vaping seems like the most realistic option!
I pretty much only smoke at home, but also occasionally out and in the car. From what I've read, the best option is something like a Provari but I can't afford to spend that much, so I've been looking at the Lavatube v4. I would also like to buy something more "cigarette sized" for when I'm out. After my limited research, I was pretty much set on getting a lavatube, but then I was put of slightly after reading that you sometimes need adapters, and also the chrome finish can peel away - a stainless steel ecig looks to be a much better option.
I have a budget of around £80 for everything - "home" kit and "out" kit, including spare batteries and charger. (I'll spend about £20 on my first liquids to try some out, so total budget £100)
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Wouldn't the Riva be a good start coz I'm pretty new and used to smoke 40 menthol stinkies a day but stopped with skycigs. I'm loving my Riva and Space could always but strong nic juices for the hit??? By the way Space

Thanks for the above. Karma, I had noticed the Lavatube v4 on sale, and it seems a very good price. You linked to the batteries etc, but what about the thing to put the liquid in (atomisor?)? What's compatible with it? Also I like the look of this for an "out" kit: www.ecigwizard.com/offers/bargain-basement/510-starter-kit-with-pcc-case.htmlFor £11, I'll probably go for that - I had been looking at the keyring that you linked to as well, but many people say it broke within a week. I had already chosen some liquids from ltecigs. So if I get the portable kit in the link above, and the lavatube with batteries and charger, plus atomisor (?) and liquids, then I'm all set?

Lots of people everywhere seem to be recommending the Vamo, so I'll certainly think about it. That EVOD 650 seems pricey and it also looks quite bulky for using out and about. The one I was looking at looks smaller, and the fact it has a portable charger, it would be a lot more practical as well?

Hi space. Welcome aboard. Some great advice so far. +1 for the vamo from me. Great workhorse.
Another option for you is to buy from fasttech as they have some great mods like the innokin svd and mvp at some super cheap prices plus all your battery and charger needs as well. Just remember it comes from china so it will take a while to get here.

Only issue with those little pcc kits are the batteries have a very low mah so would not last that long. Maybe a few hours at best before you have to re charge and i jave no idea how many re charges you get from the charging case. Ego or riva batteries are ideal for out and about. If you dont want a big one then mayne look at the ego 650mah. Sent from my Galaxy Note 2

Hi space the evod is no bigger than a pen just a little thicker really and they are a little more expensive as the finish is nicer for out and about also be aware that some ego heads are not watertight or bottom fed so if u turn them upside down the liquid will leak, so in short try to go for a bottom fed attomizer if the evod kits are too much then just get the evod head and a cheap battery kit.
