These are standard 510 yes, I'm not sure about the Nova's as I haven't had one. I do remember reading on forums about others using 510 tips in them though.

My problem is, although I have tried lots of different drip tips, I don't like most of them, I tend to like the std DT style of the sort that comes with the vivi nova. Would it be possible for me to request you try to do something like that?

Exactly like that. Would be going in an RSST if that helps. So a flat hole of about 3 to 4 mm depth.
