I still want the F shape, but I'd like the bulbous bit to stay the same, but the bit you put in your mouth elongated a little, would that be possible?

Bit off topic Mev but as you seem to have a dab hand on doing things like this perhaps you might be able to help, i just bought the Dream Rebuildable atomizer Clicky

And it is a stainless steel finish, what i would like to do in the cheapest way possible is to make it ideally Brushed steel to match my eVic tube (Closest match would be the finish of the KFL) , or worse scenario Polished Steel

Any ideas?

p.s all i have is very fine sandpaper

I tried that, didn't even make a mark, probs because the grade i have is too fine though.

Super-Shiny wirewool is quite good for a brushed finished and I use it a lot myself, something better for using on the lathe though is Micromesh cloth, it's similar to wet and dry but much better imo, i've not tried it by hand though myself. Tomorrow i'll try a bit on some SS and see what grade is good for a finish similar to kayfun and post back mate you'll then just need a small piece which you can get on ebay. Then could you please do that for me. An F shape, with the mouthpiece lengthened a few mm (if you want to be pedantic, 3- 4 mm ), but the bulbous shape staying the same.

I ain't got no machinery or anything just a drill so i will be sanding it by hand

the 2400 gives a similar finish to the Kayfun mate, i'm in the middle of making a hybrid connector for the semovar and kayfun lite so i'll post a pic when done with 2400 micromesh finish.

How much do you think i will need as i will be doing it by hand, also is it easily doable by hand if so is there any certain technique?

Yes it's easily doable by hand, cut a 1" strip of micromesh and wrap around whatever you're doing and just a twisting motion mate. I'd say a 1"x3" strip would do several mods at the very least. Keep it wet while doing it though, i usually have a beaker of water nearby I keep dipping the micromesh in. You will have a sore thumb by the time you've done, i'm using it everyday and my thumbs ache constantly lol

As of now all outstanding orders are complete and I wont be taking any more orders for the driptips, as I said above I haven't got time to make them to order as and when people want them and with my other commitments. So I will still make tips when I have spare time and then will from time to time put a selection up for sale.
