You only had fog last night chykensa we had it all day. My son goes to the new school down the hill and said it was lovely down there. Its also known as windy city. But the view over St Ives and surrounding area makes up for it.

I have added the venue. The Heron Inn at Malpas Truro......a little outside of Truro but a lovely view from the pub and should have free parking.

They allow electronic cigarettes, but I think they will be in for a little surprise when we turn up with our vaping devices

I did phone the County Arms 1st as its within walking distance of the train station and free parking, but they don't allow vaping. Can't have a Vape meet without vaping. Hopefully it will be warm enough to sit outside.

Not promising anything and I'll have to convince Kathy (OH) that a 300 mile round trip will be fun, but maybe just maybe..........

Yes its still on DiscoDes Please bring Kathy with you. The scenery near the pub is to die for.

Please bear in mind it is very short notice and there is a meet in Torquay the week after so not many.

Hi all
Bad news I'm afraid - I'm working 07.00 - 20.00 both Friday and Saturday, and I think being out on Sunday too might just get the divorce lawyers rubbing their hands in glee. I've also mentioned it to my vaping mate, but he's playing in Devon on Sunday so wouldn't be able to meet up anyway.
Really sorry about this, not least because it would be lovely to meet at such a nice pub and meet you all cafe-to-face and have a damned good vaping session!!
Let's hope we can arrange something again before too long that I might actually be able to get to!
Hope you all enjoy the Heron - it's got an amazing view and the sun terrace on the front will be rammed I'm sure, hope you get seats somewhere!

I totally understand chykensa, you could bring your family up and then just stay with us for a swift drink to say hello and then spend the rest of the day with your family.

Its meant to be nice weather on Sunday (well I can hope).
