New Vamo's I am working on... The one on left is for Missus, one on right is mine. I am also color coding 2 dreams to fit on each one. Edit... now I've taken pics I can see I need some to touch up gold paint around the buttons before I lacquer them

They are part of the 'S' mod , which splits the Vamo into 2 parts and makes it half the size. Also makes Vamo very stable so it stands up without allways falling over. I just put the 2 drippers on them to take pic. The Dreams atomizers are work in progress at the mo.

Lovely looking mods there My only concern, and this has been pointed out by others, is that when you turn the battery tube upside down the vent hole is pointing straight at your face if you had a battery go nuclear.

Block the existing hole and drill a new one facing away from anything you want to keep. OneDay is spot on, raised this as a point of concern when these first started appearing. The Vamo is designed with a "hot spring" so the battery will fall AWAY from the positive pin in an instance of board fault. When you turn the tube upside down and shorten it to make the S-Mod there is no slack left. The spring will "melt" and fall onto the negative end of the battery forming a permanent circuit. This is all hypothetical, but lets plan for worst case scenario

I have drilled extra vent holes in the battery body that face inwards, towards the center.
You cant see them because they are hidden in this pic, and very hard to see if you look for them.
I've got some screw in decorative studs to cover the top vent

So the vent holes are still going to be facing you as you vape? Why not have them on the back facing away? Surely you'd just need to turn the battery tube 180deg to facilitate this? Have you ditched the hot spring in favour of a normal one? Sometimes it should be function over form and not vice versa

Ummm.. no, Its vaped with the button facing away from you.........
Whether its a hot spring or not is of no consequence. I could always fuse the link between the 2 bodies, if I could be bothered.
I have been using the S Mod for 2 months now with no problems at all.
The 2 new ones are just new variations of my original stainless steel one.
When I've finished tidying them up, I'll post some better pics.

Honestly meant no offence! Wish I had the ability to do what you've done! Looks like a very nicely finished product!!
