Could someone tell me in simple terms please why this battery is better than the one that comes with the blister pack - 900 amh ego battery sammy13The Twist & Spinner type batteries have a dial on the bottom that you can set different battery voltage outputs with. Think of it like a vaping version of a volume control. Some juices work better if the coil is cooler or less voltage is put through them, whilst others can take more voltage giving a warmer vape and more vapour. This battery allows you to set a voltage between 3.2 volts and 4.8 volts. Your blister pack battery has a set output voltage of around 3.5 to 3.7 volts and cannot be altered. You do need to be a little careful though if you turn the voltage up too high you could burn the juice making it taste nasty or in extreme cases burn the coil out by putting too much voltage through it. These batteries normally retail around the £20 mark so this is a really good deal! Great explanation Des I don't know for certain but doubt they are Joytech by the price so therefore they wouldn't retail at £20. I have nothing against copies at all and know very well that some are good and some are bad, but I hate the name copying that goes on with these devices. Why can't vendors just give them another name if they're not the originals from Joytech though ?

Just an afterthought, how long is the lifespan of a battery that is used everyday, on average that is as we all use them different amounts.? The ones i have were bought last May/June/July, used everyday and still going strong now. You should get at least 300- 350 charges off them, but, there are good batteries and not good batteries, as one of my converts has just found out .
