Just to thanks to all that has helped me along the way to reach 12 months cig free . This seemed unbelievable when I stopped smoking last July AND IF I CAN DO IT ANYONE CAN !!! I feel so much better in myself , breathing, my teeth are white ,my cloths smell fresh, food tastes better & I can walk for miles. I have also been told my skin looks clearer & look younger !!!! Ian Well done mate. Tell me. have you reduced the Nic content over the year ? I started on 35mg im on 24 now over the past 3 weeks I have vaped 18 mg through the day but I do notice |
