What exactly is it? I did a quick search which came up with loads of posts talking about it but not explaining what it is.

It's a nicotine base, don't know what size or strengths it comes in although I have seen it at 54mg. Dave

Dolly, with mine, there is a 99.999% chance that- to all intents and purposes, you are getting exactley the same Nic liquid, from the same UK manufacture and maybe even the same batch..... But different Vendors "Badge it / Name it" themselves.

I am not sure what every Vendor calls/names theirs, but I think I am correct in saying that a certain vendor (who will not be named) calls their 54mg Nicotine Base "Platinum Ice" and their 72mg Nicotine Base "Titanium Ice".

There are only a few Vendors who source and advertise that they sell the highest grade UK sourced Pharma Grade, and can back it up with the certificates etc. Other Vendors may obtain Nic Base from China, India, USA (usually Indian manufactured), etc....

And, remember that age old saying "You pay your money, you take your choice" !!
