Foxy is correct that cycling is one of the best exercises as (barring accidents) it is classed as low impact exercise meaning it doesn't cause much mechanical stresses on the body - swimming is similarly low stress (as long as you can actually swim).

Update.... Had 1/2 oz of tobacco yesterday (:eek).....cos didn't have enough nicotine on Sabbath (sunday).....whoops...had a really bad stressful few days....just had to do somethingHowever loads of prn (as required meds) and I go to bed @ 9.30pm and up @ 4.30pm. with the window open for ebay this was just perfect ... So today is aerobics....Anyone know where I can get cheap leggings from as have just gotten delivery of my calvinist jogging skirts from Kosher Casual (really cheap too ) Jo

Got my leggings from Primark .... Sorted...voices (yes I'm a voice hearer came back about half way through but okay. Went to boyfriend's after and got nicotine, sugar and caffeine - sorted!!!... So going back next week. Missed jogging last night cos having only had 5 hours sleep (due to bad head on Tuesday) I figured it wasn't worth it.... So yeah happy days and the sun is shining Jo

Yeah they have zumba at my gym....just don't want to take on too many classes just yet...
What with jogging at the moment...aerobics was heap load of fun on wednesday...will go again next week...
Maybe start zumba after holidays and join the gym which is £12 a month (no contract) cos I'm on benefits for classes..
Jog was good today (should have been yesterday but only got 5 hours kip the night before so didn't go)...No voices for first bit of exercise without the voices...
Only snag is I need to find bum bag for old creative zen 20gb touch player (built to last) cos the leggings (naturally) don't have pockets and neither do my jogging skirts...
