36 mg seems awful high to me, although as others have mentioned, it is most likely due to your changing tastebuds. The metallic taste you describe could be caused by the a packing solution some companies put in atomizers to keep them wet during shipping. Also, if you are using a clearomizer, you should let it set for a while with liquid in it before vaping. This allows the wicks to get completely saturated in liquid. I bought some Vision Nano's a while back and couldn't wait to try them out. The first one tasted awful with that metallic taste you are talking about. The next one I let soak for an entire day, just to be on the safe side, and it was much better.
