If they're not what you're after, a mini-lavatube (along with many other mods) is the diameter I believe you're wanting, but just the same length as an 1100 ego battery - it takes a single 18350 battery, and lasts a good few hours.

Alternatively, get a plinth (or as our friends at fasttech call them a "beauty ring") which makes stuff look OK on a Riva/ego battery
