Will be a year on Tuesday and I can afford it, it will skint me though.... should I? There are 'certain' members here that will say 'go for it'... BUT... just to be a 'killjoy' for a moment... it's just a battery. Is it going to improve the taste etc. I understand that it is considered the 'Rolls Royce', but a Ford will still get you there. Having said that, you do what you want... and ENJOY!

I thought the same Raffles about it's only a battery and that juices will all taste the same no matter what battery but when i bought the SVD i did notice myself that there is a difference, i tested both the eVic and SVD on the same wattage etc and the eVic gave a smoother vape and same everything else over the SVD so i can only imagine that the Provari will do the same, same with the Ego Twists, they give a different vape compared too the eVic and SVD. I ain't technical or anything but there is deffo a difference between them all, i would love to know why though, i can only presume it's the way they are made to perfection

Still have the original eGo kit batteries, a couple of spinners, plus an MVP and never had a problem. Perhaps that's what what I've had to swop for not having a *** life... can't have everything!

After having one only a week, I would say definelty! Build quality is outstanding, looks good and feels great in the hand. (Ooh err) With the same kayfun set at the same voltage on the vamo, the vape of the provari is so much better. I'd heard it before but never really bought into it until this week. I think it's to do with the vamo giving out a pulse regulation where as the provari is a constant regulation. (If that's the right terms) If you set both devices to say 3.9v that's what the provari will deliver throughout the time you press the button where as the vamo will fluctuate between say 3.5-4.2v to deliver the set voltage of 3.9.
Hope tht makes sense, I'm awful at explaining things.
In a word Get one for sure.... Or a semovar although I find the battery dosnt seem to last as long init as other mods, another cracking bit of kit tho

I voted not sure. You didn't mention what attys or mods you use at the moment and that could help out with advice I have had a provari mini since about christmas and it far surpasses the z-max i had before and the lavatube i had before that. Constant voltage, fantastic build quality and looks great. But that said, it takes a 18350 battery that is limited in it's runtime (you never mentioned mini or full size). Downsides for me are the ramp up time - it's not long, but it is there; the slopey top that no attys look right on; it is big compared to a straight (and much cheaper) mechanical mod. I haven't used mine for 2 months now after discovering cheap mech mods like the sigelei 19. Maybe you'd be better off with a nice atty and mech mod for about the same cost as a provari? congrats on your anniversary

If you're happy with what you have to give you the flavour then yes.
Otherwise splosh on a nice rba that will give a noticeable difference in vape..
After all it is just a battery holder with a button Tease-smiley
