Dan & fiddles didn't have any PVC glue for the homemade bung/pushpin and superglue was not having it so was messing around and found this also works really well as a blocker, a plunger from a 2.5ml syringe

as long as it fits mate it's all that's needed

I would highly recommend trying micro coil with cotton wool though , I haven't had a dry hit since using it

Might give that a go, ain't even used it yet, had it since yesterday and ain't even tried wicking it, damm KFL is too juicy to put down

As promised Super-Shiny

Finished vaping my dream and thought time to change wick (this will be 3rd wick change) Micro coils are a doddle

I removed old cotton wool and ended up with this



So time for a quick burn




Then rip of end of cotton wool bud (clean one no ear wax, unless you are certain member) thread cotton wool through wick arrange and add a couple of drops of juice








Re-assemble and you are ready to go
I have not had a dry hit since using micro coil / cotton wool

Greigster uses .25 Kanthal and i only have 0.2 Kanthal so would there be any major difference or does it have to be .25?

Also is it any particular cotton? any nasties i should look out for?

Hey Rommers, I have since purchased some .30 Kanthal from The Vapemesh Company and I think it is better than .25. You can get more wraps for less ohms, which means a larger area of covered wick.

I am using micro coils and cotton wool on everything now. Got a shed load of KanthalEkowool that needs to go on the classies.

I dont think there is anything in cotton wool to be worried about but I have Googled and there is organic cotton wool available, but I just use some from Boots.

Edit- should be Ekowool, not Kanthal, Senior moment there

I am using .2 kanthal with no problems Super-Shiny
I find micro coils easier to do & last longer, cotton wool is pulled off a clean ear bud, but if you have them cotton balls they are ok to use aswell
