Hello again everyone. I haven't been here in a while, sorry! I just wanted to ask, has anyone tried the new CE5 clearos that don't have wicks in?! I have just made an order from fasttech and these new CE5s are on their way. The reviews on the site are very good. We will see! Have also bought another 10-pack of their evods as the last lot were really good but I want a few spares. I have been busy spreading the vaping word round the office and have now converted not only my hubby, but SIX colleagues! All but one are now full-time vapers and have given up the stinkies completely!! Two of the girls also bought their hubbies the ego sets and they are also now hooked on the vape! They all absolutely love it. So all in all I think I have converted 9 people!

Thank you! Everyone is loving trying out new flavours and we are swapping free samples so we can try different ones. I think some are starting to get shiny-itus and will be looking for new equipment to try, but we've all started on the ego blister packs for £7 from paradise vape and they are working a treat. I'm in no hurry to move up to anything else just yet. My hubby is talking about wanting a hybrid MOD, whatever on earth that is, but apparently they're quite expensive so he can wait to see what Santa brings for Christmas I think!! It's funny at work though - the "smoke breaks" now have more vapers than smokers attending

Thanks. I can't believe it's now over 3 months since my last real cig! My OH is even more amazing though - he was a roll-up smoker, NEVER without one in his hand and had been smoking for 37 years. He's nearly at 3 months quit too! Could never have done it without these amazing ego e-cigs. He says he's way more addicted to vaping the flavours than he was to tobacco! In fact, the only juices still untouched are the tobacco flavoured samples we've been sent LOL!

I've tried 'wickless' ce5's (mine were called ce8's) so I'm not sure if they're the same. One only worked when I punctured the mesh a tiny bit, the other just flooded.
The one which I got to work was really great and gave off loads of vapour but I never bought them again because of the problems I had from them.
I hope yours are different, when you get them please do a quick review for us.

I hope yours are different, when you get them please do a quick review for us. I hope so too. There was a funny story about a vendor (ecigwizard, presumably) throwing his toys out the pram when pushed on a forum (UKV?) to spill the beans on the "shortcomings of the product". The game changer that nobody bought. I am going to keep my fingers well, well crossed it's not a lemon. Please be good. Please be good.

I promise I will let you know how I get on with them when they arrive - probably about 2 weeks' time. They will be tried on ego batteries 650, 900 and 1100 variable voltage. Fingers crossed they are okay! They didn't actually have any CE5s with wicks for sale, so these were my only option.

I have used these and the flavour and vapor are much much better than the ce5's with wicks. They seem to be similar to carto tanks but they have 4 larger holes in them rather than the small holes you get in a pre punched carto. As far as I know they are rebuildable aswell. The only problem I have had with them is that the lowest 2 holes in the central pillar are about 1/3 of the way up the tank and when your liquid level drops below them you have to tilt the clearo to keep it wet and once you get to around 0.4ml left in it you get serious dry hits and its almost impossible to get the liquid to soak into whatever material is inside the central pillar.

Thanks for the tips Jordan. I'm sure the description said they are not rebuildable, but seeing as a pack of 7 cost £7.77 I'm not too worried about fiddling about with them - they're pretty much disposable at that price. Looking forward to seeing what they are like!

I haven't tried the new CE5. I buy my blister packs from paradise vape too, good battery's, good clearos and great prices. I just like to keep things simple with the vaping. but will find out abit more about the new CE5. I would like to find a smaller kit then the CE5's. could do with something half the size. I wear my round my neck and tends to swing about abit. but it's always with me.
