This topic is banned from nearly every e-cig vaping related site forum So Chrissie if you want to remove my ramblings feel free I understand I Smoked Cannabis since I was 15 years old practically every day . Thats a lot of years OK I am a fussy pot head wont smoke carp ( I had friends that will smoke anything) it had to be good gear or I would go without. I also never smoked before going to work etc... purely recreational evening and weekend. Now I vape I don't touch it - been in company taken a couple of draws here and there and did not like it so gave up completely . Think the government should be promoting vaping to people who smoke other substances it may just actually work.

Discussing banned drugs is allowed by Proboards, 'promoting' their use is not and you're certainly not doing that Keef. Anything we discuss here must be suitable for members aged 13 years and over as covered by the laws of the State of California.
Again vaping is not known to cause paranoia as is canabis and, therefore, replacing a habit known to cause problems with another that has, thus far, caused no serious harm to anyone can only be a positive.
I'm still waiting to hear of anything that could possibly make me think again about vaping.

My ex partner was into weed, Keef, so i did try it a few times, that was fine, but we went to Amsterdam bout 3 years ago (bloody hell, was it really that long ago?) and went to one of the cafe places... i had what he said was a fairly mild joint, but i can honestly say it was one of the scariest experiences i've ever had, to say i couldn't walk was putting it mildly, i actually was having trouble breathing, i had to make a conscious effort to do so, as if, if i forgot, i just wouldn't do it!! i remember sitting on a concrete bollard, and he had to put his foot in front of mine to stop me sliding off, he got me a bottle of water and i remember staring at it, willing my hand to lift to my mouth so i could drink it, but it just wasn't happening...was soooo weird. i kept waiting for the effects to wear off, i couldn't keep a thought in my head, kept forgetting wot i'd been thinking about....i was aware of all this going on, kept reminding myself that it'd wear off soon and a few times i started feeling better, then it'd come on again... i'm a walking disaster area normally, so i think i better avoid weed in future
