I found out that the Vivi Nova long wick 3.5 ml is leaking . I tried to turn upside down the middle tank so I use the upper part thread but still with no luck. It seems that the bottom part of the Vivi Nova is not closing well any suggestions or does anyone encounter this ?

Where did you get it from?
I've never had any problems with the genuine Novas, but had leaks with the clones

melitahams - if you can, drain the tank, give it a good wash in warm water, dry thoroughly, and then check that there is no dust or particles stuck in both the tank thread, and also the threaded part of the base. If this is clear, check that the tank isn't cracked. If not, do you have a plumber friend who may have some plumber's tape - PFTE? All you need is a short length about 4 cms, wrap this around the threaded base, and carefully screw the tank back on. This MAY work but if not, I'm clean out of ideas!! Best of luck

Best of luck I did drained the tank more than 3 times and cleaned well the thread parts. As I said I tried even to put upside down the plastic cone or what you call it as I thought the problem is there but still same the problem is in the bottom part as when I hold the tank upside down it doesn't leak. Now I did put some white plumer tape as I had that and it seems it's ok

Smok is not Vision, but it should be OK. Is it (was it) a question of the plastic tube not making a good seal with the top/bottom metal sections?

I don't know as this is the first tank I got as usually I use cartomizers. They said they will replace it with a Protank in my next order,so now I have to order something again

Leaking from brand new is bad. Bargain Vapour are a good vendor, lots of us have spent decent amounts of money there. Better to sort you out, as sending stuff to and from Malta is not going to work out for anybody.
