Alan where are you thinking of holding vapelondon....?
Venues are pricey in London especially if your looking to make it as big as vapefest.
Excel centre And Earls court and Alexandra palace are the main places that can cater for something of that size but are going to be expensive to hire.
Alexandra palace would be the cheapest with huge car parks which are always free to use.
Would love to help but time is something I don't have much of but could help in the day.

Parking, where is it? no one has any, it's free after 6.30 fine, but what about before? would it be easier if I came on the bike? found a cheap ok hotel, no parking, and there doesn't seem to be any in the meet area either, Help

Alan, don't worry about parking. I can pick you up from wherever you like. I can park anywhere along the road outside the pub as I have a blue badge.
I would go for a premier inn slightly outside of centre.

Where are you staying blue?

Not sure yet lol I found the London central waterloo travel lodge at 70 quid, but no parking, typical as it's one of the cheapest, now looking at premier inn London wimbledon south, I believe it is a direct line to the meet.
