I looked at those ... I want one! But they aren't joyetech, and postage to over here is over £10 so I'm hesitating Shame because for pretty gear they are top notch

Regarding a phone number - well I doubt any C rings China to deal with fasttech, you certainly didn't with your recent problem, you raised a ticket which was useless I believe.

Are you having a bad night or something? You are making very little sense.
He asked where he could get a genuine twist from.
Fasttech along with others were quoted.
You were the one who brought up a phone number, or rather lack of one been a problem, I could say no-one would ring health cabin or heaven gifts who are I presume are given vendor status, but what that has to do with what the op asked I have no clue.
This company sell genuine Joyetech products, they work well, they are guaranteed, and the invoice does include a phone number so I do not see what the problem is.
