I wouldn't buy anything from joyetech.co.uk. anyway. Price fixing - anybody? can you imagine buying an eVic for £99.99 and then searching for safercigs or bargain vapour. - - - Some people think these things are OK. I disagree. Some folk have to work a whole day to earn £40.

I only paid £19.99 for my 1100 twist with a 60 day warranty and free postage. I thought that was damn good, and it is genuine.

I'm not sure what this has to do with the ops question. Are you having a bad night or something? You are making very little sense. Sorry if I confused the issue Sammy, I was indeed having a very bad nightHe asked where he could get a genuine twist from. Fasttech along with others were quoted. Fasttech was quoted but they don't have genuine Twists. As I said earlier Fasttech will never be a recognised vendor on this forum, although the problem I had was really RMs fault not theirs. You were the one who brought up a phone number, or rather lack of one been a problem, I could say no-one would ring health cabin or heaven gifts who are I presume are given vendor status, but what that has to do with what the op asked I have no clue. This company sell genuine Joyetech products, they work well, they are guaranteed, and the invoice does include a phone number so I do not see what the problem is. Pleased to hear that the invoice does contain a phone number. I just thought it a bit shoddy that a well known and overpriced company with a website based in the UK did not comply with DSRs
