I think you may need to get Mod status before you can sell on a commercial basis

contact one of the staff and apply for mod maker status, you can then sell your stands in that section mate.

Not being pedantic but the classies are for personal vaping items no longer required, not for multiple items manufactured for a profit....for that you will need to register as a modder.
