Who do I contact to get the order I made refunded as the items are pre-sales and not due until 1st May? If I'd have known that I wouldn't have ordered

Good luck with a refund esuxa, I've just spent over two months arguing with their customer service and finally had to have a refund via Paypal themselves as Focalecig just couldn't see what the problem was with sending me a used tank and paypal couldn't get them to understand either it seems...... so they refunded me via the paypal service centre eventually.

I have already asked for a refund as the wait time is unacceptable. If need be I have no problem going through PayPal.

What would you suggest? It seems obvious that the vendor on here is not even remotely interested in answering questions.

Well esuxa it used to be Doris on here as their rep but she hasn't answered the last couple of pm's I've sent her about my rank used tank they sent me so maybe try the other rep poster that has just posted the promotion stuff or if they don't answer you via email on Monday when back to work then go via paypal & ask for a refund.
