If all you have ever done is order instant payment items then select order track on top menu bar. You then need to enter you paypal name and order number. I assume you can get the order number from your paypal payment details but if not then you are stuck unless you register and open an account with Focalecig. Once you have an account and it is the same email as your paypal then eventually they will synchronise and you will see orders by my 1st method mentioned. If using a different email for the account from paypal then you need to enter your paypal addy under settings somehwhere... I recall doris mentioned how to do this earlier.

You go into your account again and under setting edit info and enter paypal name/addy you use.

Thanks, only works by syncing up through the email, as you say. The PayPal order number is completely different from the order number (seen when it does sync).

Does not surprise me. The paypal transaction number will be quite different, but maybe within the order details on paypal the number is listed - I have not checked.

p.s. Just checked. Under paypal payment details if you open up the details for a payment, the order number is listed under 'item title'.

I have just received my second order from Doris much faster than another overseas vendor that I am still waiting for an order from 4th September.
All well packaged with no damage as they are glass.
