They sent me a Ver. 1
I just received my second MVP but they sent a Ver.1... despite me ordering after the 30th which I did on purpose as it states "Note: Starting 8/30/2013, we are shipping the version 2"
Sucks to be me I guess
Hopefully FT will send me a replacement Ver.2
Anyone else had this problem?

I just received mine and it was a version 1 too. I submitted a ticket and they offered me a 5 percent discount then a 10 percent on my next order. What a joke! I'm done with ordering from fasttech,it's not worth the headache.

SwampThing, CanuckBlue, sorry for the issue. We apologize to you our warehouse staff have mistakenly shipped version 1 to some of the orders made during this time frame.
Thus we provide below resolution and you may choose either one of it.
1. Considering the hassle of return, if you prefer to skip it and we will offer a partial refund of $5.00.
2. Return the wrong item for correct replacement, we shall reimburse the return postage fully and arrange the replacement once confirmed delivery of return package.
PS: As we need to return the old version 1 for refund from our supplier, we appreciate your understanding in this case.
Please confirm to our staff in ticket so we could proceed. Thank you.

Cool, I just received this via email too.
I plan to return it, Hopefully If I send a photo of the package and a photo of the post office receipt they will be able to send the replacement right away? As thats the proof I have returned it?

Wow, thats a bummer... So If it takes 6 weeks to get the v1 back to you then 6 weeks for the v2 to get to me that will be 15 weeks from my initial order, 4 months to get my MVP version 2.

Return shipping from your location should only take 1-1.5 weeks. But if you haven't returned it yet then you can choose the partial refund instead.
