The knurling makes the base of the mouthpiece/juice control too large in diameter. This leaves the juice struggling to get down the gap between the mouthpiece base and the inner wall of the tank. Simple fix is to skim off the knurling thus giving the juice more space to flow.. Ahhh, i see what you mean now, not that i have had any wicking problems but understand nowSo you haven't had a big air bubble sitting at the top of the clear tank at any point? Nope, not that i have noticed

Nope, not that i have noticedStrange.. In each of mine I had a bubble sitting at the top of the tank that was about 8-10mm on width. Couldn't get rid of it no matter what I did.. Wasnt necessarily causing wicking problems but they do seem to perform better now.. especially when chain vaping..
