misinformed seller of ecigs

i bumped in to chap (nice chap) at a booty today selling these products.

we chated, i asked if he sold juice "no thats illegal" no mate its not,it will be or maybe come june....."our product is licensed and approved by the NHS" no mate its not,none are approved by NHS.
"my franchise holder owns the patent in the uk for this product and will be suing all others shortly" oh.
we chatted on and he knows nothing of the ban coming in and is totally convinced that the product he sells will not be affected by any proposed ban (the ban he dont know about that is).
it seems he has paid a large amount of money for a franchise i would call it and has been told nothing of the ban pending.
wasi right in what i told him?

Looks like he is selling a super-mini. Most probably a Healthe-cigarette (pretty crap). Feel a bit sorry for him, but maybe he should have done more research on them himself?

Hi Ragjoy, I just sent him a link to a source of information that's specific to UK traders so he can find out the important stuff if he wants. Hopefully he'll turn up and we'll have one less unenlightened seller on the market.

There's been a good bit of interest already there from traders and I have a feeling that if unlicensed nicotine does get banned we might be able to collaborate over bringing a court case.
