Davide Vs Evods

I have to mention (rather than creating a new thread) that totally wicked are selling the mega and mini version of the ismoka / vapeonly bcc tanks as well as kangers although they are not protanks or evods and as usual, they have rebranded them with there own names.

I'm going to be buying one of the mini ismoka / vapeonly bcc's tomorrow and a few more spare heads because the shop has currently got 20% off everything so I'm taking advantage of it.

I love my mega tank but I need some new heads (not the same as evods) and also, I think the mini will look cool on my spinner.

I'd suggest giving the Fasttech heads a wash before you use them Davy, as they can have a bit of a weird taste otherwise,

Though there looks to be some issues with them and PayPal currently, not sure if it's been resolved or not.

OMG, just read the first two pages of the UKV thread you linked to Chrissie, I realise now what a wonderfully moderate tone our forum takes on all issues. Please don't take this the wrong way, buy I think that the reason this forum is so pleasant and friendly is the presence of all you womanly types!
Everyone gets so arsey and uptight at the merest provocation over there, firing off and generally doing the greater cause no good whatsoever!

So can you rewick using the short heads? I just put the davide head on my davide as like the protank heads were just flooding and being a general pain...How long do the short heads last before rewick and are they any good? If so will have to invest from fast tech

Yes you can Jane, they're rebuildable like the others . . . depends what juice you use as to their longevity, if it's a coil gunker maybe 4 days. Probably a week or two is an average for me.

I agree chykensa.

Early on I noticed the mellow tone of this forum myself and then all the pink and purple...I think all the womans moderating and posting makes it what it is.

I think I will get one of these Davides myself...the mini one looks good to me.

I agree. This forum is by far the best and most friendliest forum i have ever been on and that include all other subjects. My kite forums and rc forums are nothing like this.

Just so you know, my mini Davide does NOT vape properly. Never has done and never will. I've tweaked it and messed around with it. There is a design fault in the base/atomiser head arrangement.

Thankfully, my 3 mini protanks do not have the same system.

Yeah man...yeah.

Those big nasties over on the RC forums sneered at my upgrades to my Stinger EST2 speed controller and laughed in my face about spare parts for my Maverick Strada Evo XB ...sounds a bit like Evod..

..Should have asked the nice ladies and gents  here first methinks.maybe we could combine the technologies... *vaping*a solid state speed controller hooked up to a davide with some LF strawberry sounds good maybe with a 2.4GHZ transmitter..its getting silly now isn't it....,i is going to bed now..

Maybe I will not get one then.However,someone posted that a shorter post makes it go better.
I just really like the look of it.

Curious that level of taste is so subjective

I have a mega Davide and its my favourite clearomiser by a long shot - delivers better flavour and more vapour then my evods, mini and full size pro tank.

Been mulling over trying a mini.

I use the long replacement protank posts which are identical to the ones it shipped with and they seem fine
