with mesh wicks make sure it still has a vent in it,ie the middle is not closed,when you have coiled it some roll it to tight so juice cannot travel up the wick,so stick a needle through the center to allow the flow,it may have a tight spot  as for glowing coils i must fail on that one none of mine have i seen glow,yet mine work fine |
