Hi
Just got my igo w and igo l from fast tech thought I would soak them a little while in warm water then put them in the ultrasonic cleaner before using. Left them in the water for about 3 hours and on both one screw head has rusted and the rust has gone on the wick will this affect the taste? Would you recommend replacing the wick and screw?
Thanks

I would change it as well.
I wouldn't like the idea of vaping something that was rusty.

Personally I think I would change it, also I would try and get some spare screws as well, the last thing you want is to ruin the screw head

There should be no deliberation here. It's rusty, you would be inhaling into your lungs? BIG no no as far as I am concerned I'm afraid! I also agree that you should chuck the rusted screws so they can not infiltrate your lungs either!

Change the coil but clean the screw. Juice won't make the screws rusty. Everytime you clean the insides with water, make sure it's completely dry.

Just took it apart and I do t believe its rust actually oil used in making the threading for the screws just looked at it and have it a little clean. Going to put it in the ultrasonic cleaner as well
